It is a unique role that is synonymously titled as either Corporate/Company Secretary or Board Secretary which is often part of the Executive Management or is an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors. Despite the nomenclature or title of this position, the role is not of clerical or secretarial or of taking Board minutes.
