Our client in the life insurance, Bona Life requires an analytical, dynamic, and experienced individual who will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth and operational efficiency of the company as the Brand & Marketing Executive, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The role requires a sound individual, who is responsible for delivering effective marketing programs that will help build Bona Life reputation and expansion marketing strategies. The Brand & Marketing Executive will be an integral part of the development and execution of the marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion and be able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas.

POSITION PREREQUISITES

Qualification: Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field.

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years post qualification experience in branding and marketing, of which at least 3 years should have

been served as a senior brand/marketing officer.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
  • Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Lead in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)

  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer relations programs and determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
  • Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
