Our client in the life insurance, Bona Life requires an analytical, dynamic, and experienced individual who will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth and operational efficiency of the company as the Regional Manager of retail sales, reporting to the Head of Business Development.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The role requires a sound individual, who is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations. The Regional Manager – Retails Sales will lead in driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service across all retail locations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

POSITION PREREQUISITES

Qualification: Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years post qualification experience in business administration and sales, of which at least 3

years should have been served as a senior level.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute sales plans in the region to reach revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Analyse sales data to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail sales managers and associates to meet sales goals.
  • Conduct performance reviews, offer feedback, and provide training to enhance the team’s skills.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams for effective promotional strategies.
  • Ensure all retail locations follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and customers.
  • Manage inventory and product assortment to optimize stock levels and boost sales.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and customer preferences for innovative sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management regularly.
