The role of either a Corporate/Company Secretary and/or a Board Secretary has vastly changed in the last five (5) years, thus creating some misconception with Board or Executive Management as they do not understand where it features within their structures. It is a unique role that is synonymously titled as either Corporate/Company Secretary or Board Secretary which is often part of the Executive Management or is an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors.
